Company doing the hiring uses an AI service to filter out the lists of candidates ... basically AI bots arguing with each other

.... so company decides to hire an Indian company to filter out candidates .... and it turns out its the same company used by the majority of the candidates applying ... so the Indian team figure out how to get their friends and family hired to the American company so that they can easily immigrate into the country.

So the Indian company wins all around - they charge the family and friends a small fee and make money on the company, applicants and the fellow Indians who want to game the system to get into the US.

so that they can easily immigrate into the country.

Even before Donnie, it wasn't easy. US immigration process has always been a labyrinth.

While you are at it, hire them for the interviews too.

At that point, just have them do all the work as well!

What if you hire a whole fleet of them to do jobs and you take a cut from each one's earnings?

Congratulations, you are now a solutions provider (you hire employees in poor countries, pay them pittance, and charge your client a lot)

Hold up, that's just another job
