Any addons to limit time spent on URLs that match a regex pattern? (lemmy.world)

The only addons I've been finding are ones that block based on specific urls, domains, or a few glob patterns. I want to specify any regex.

Limit as in allow for a period and then stop? That sounds like something a parental control type app would do. If it's just to plain deny any DNS filter should be able to accommodate it.
