This episode should have been titled "Coward".

I'm getting a bit tired of Kitagawa. It does feel like she's taking advantage of Gojo. She eats at his place for free, asks him to do the outfits, but can't be honest with her feelings?

Meh.

Gojo is also so damn clueless. Too young? Not interested in romance?

These episodes disappoint me a bit. They are stringing us along.

Poor Marin, getting her hopes up then realising it wasn't what she was waiting for. At least Wakana had an enjoyable albeit slightly traumatic night playing Coffin.

Also: the opening rocks.

I think it's less about indecision and more about anxiety. More like "she wanted it, but was anxious and afraid and what if she didn't like it, and what's up with Gojou-kun being suddenly too much into it?". People are like this when young and inexperienced, and I really love how well this series shows it.

I don't need them to sleep together either. But it's fun how Marin fooled herself into believing that.

The manga explores it better, but Marin's issue is not shyness - she's afraid that, if she confesses her feelings, Wakana might distance himself from her. And she doesn't want to lose his friendship. (She's basically friendzoning herself!)

I don't think we'll see it this season. But the show is popular, and there's enough content for three seasons, so I do think we'll see a third season.

In fact, I think they've been planning this since the start:

Season 1 - from ch. 01 (vol. 1) to ch. 39 (end of vol. 5)
Season 2 - from ch. 40 (vol. 6) to ch. 79 (end of vol. 10)? Current content is ch. 76.
Season 3 - from ch. 80 (vol. 11) to ch. 115 (end of vol. 14)?

It splits too cleanly to not be on purpose, you know?

S1 touches on that subject: you can almost feel like an entirely different person when you cosplay a character.
