I was SHOCKED how well Fedora and Bazzite handled my 5060 after a month of fighting to get it going on pop os.
And Ollama is free and better if you really need AI stuff.
Hint: :q!

What is MSFT? (And I love Genshin and are planning to switch to Linux per my new PC this month, please tell me I still can play it)
MSFT = microsoft
it would appear through casual searching that plenty of people run genshin on linux just fine
M$ is way easier to understand. I will always read msft as misfit and be confused for 15 minutes
Ah thank u! Makes sense (it's not even 7 am over here, sorry for me not searching myself I was just too tired lol)
You can! Used to you had to do some hacky shit to make it work, but it apparently works with the normal launcher now. You'll still need wine or proton though.
I'll come back to this comment to figure out how to start genshin on linux when the new pc has arrived^^
If you need any help when you do feel free to ask me! I don't mind helping out a new Linux user
Aww thanks a lot <3 will do because I got no one that knows about linux in my family or friendgroup - I'll be the first to switch^^ (but still waiting for the new pc which will be delivered in oct)
