Out of the box convenience? Sure, any can be this, but it you want something to do this that doesn't break randomly after some updates, something like this is nice
Dude, I had a Linux box with a multi year uptime. If the goal is stability, don't update it. Keep it locked down to the services you need. Limit access to keys.
