Worth mentioning that Drog Bruk translates to Road Pavement. There are multiple drogbruk companies in Poland, and you need to be sure you have the right drogbruk in your sights if you want to express your displeasure towards Piotr.
Also worth mentioning, here's his apology- however shitty of an apology it may be, one does exist. 
Is the kid related to the CEO? The CEO handed the kid a sharpie right after.

No, he's not related to the kid.
Look around at the other people in the audience - others are holding sharpies. They probably brought their own in anticipation/hope of getting signatures. (I've done the same thing at concerts.)
We didn't see before this clip, it's possible the kid handed the player his own sharpie when asking for a signature. That would mean that when the kid is handed the sharpie at the end, it's being given back to its original owner.
