Perhaps an antitrust case is in the pipeline, echoes here of Microsoft's fight to keep its Internet Explorer monopoly it once had with Windows.

IE wasn’t about the monopoly; it was about how they got it and what they used it for.

That said, the same questions should be asked of Apple.

Apple also claims that iPads are exempt, since they are not phones. The only apple product I own is an iPad, and I. Angry about the apple fuckery, especially in the browser space.
