I was without a PC for 8 months and had been using my Steam Deck exclusively for gaming. Now that I have a PC again I find that the suspend/resume feature is what I miss most. I am playing the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle game and it has 6-7 unskippable videos on every start. When I was playing Persona 5 Royal on the Steam Deck it had several videos but I would just press the power button and suspend the game so in the 100+ hours I only ever actually launched the game a few times so I saved a lot of time, just jumping straight into the game when I was ready to play.

I believe there are some programs that let you do that on PC but they have some drawbacks, for instance if you suspend a game Steam still thinks it is running so your playtime hours rack up. Another is that the resources used are still being used, RAM and VRAM.
