Much more appropriate. It's not an island, the people being sent there will not be criminals, and the people sending them there are fascists.

Is this why they want to dampen our ability to predict hurricanes? The conditions will be awful ninmatter what, but I could absolutely see them pulling an ‘oopsy’.
