The landlord's and speculators include many political figures, lobbyists and bureaucrats as well as wealthy Canadians, large businesses and pension plans. None of these groups will ever answer or change unless forced. No one is doing the forcing so....
No war but class war.
When will landlords and speculators answer for their role in the housing and affordability crisis?
My bet is "never"
