The bottom bun should be a liege waffle. Like a McGiddle but with an international flair.

And wrap it in one of those transparent thin rice paper like things, will help avoid getting cheese on fingers but keep the look

Edit: and maybe also replace the fries and bottom bun with a potato based waffle
