How to make your resume look like everyone elses.
won't make it past the "AI" gatekeeper if you don't. and even if you do, you get the whole "we're not peeking, but are you black or trans?" thing. and if you're in the usa you probably get to pee in a little jar, too. all just so you can make not enough to live. yay.
AI isn't looking for those keywords in tech. they are looking for the things the listing has in the requirements.
