I decided to try it once. I told myself it would only be once. Now it's the only way I sauce pasta, and it's totally worth the little extra work.

Neighbor gave us spaghetti with meatballs and italian sausage. It blew away my wife and I. Its sorta obvious in hindsight but we had never though of doing this and never had it. Needless to say its now our goto.
That's some damn good looking spaghetti. How was it?
Tomatoey, meaty, garlicy :) kids loved it!
