Hey all, I hope this is allowed. I am starting chemo next week and looking for games that don't require an insane amount of thought, but also have meaningful progression to play during chemo the upcoming months. I generally enjoy RPGs/strategy games, but worried some of my normals might be too hard. Not looking for like an Elden Ring or something that requires a lot of dexterity. I redownloaded Midnight Suns, and have that prepped and ready, but some of those fights might get too hard pending brain fog, and there's so so so much talking between them. I have Vampire Survivors queue'd up as well, but that's a lot of movement. Hopefully nothing with an insane amount of reading, even tho I like a good story. I was considering Crashlands? Also need something that can pause at any moment without issues as I might be interrupted at any time. Any other good suggestions?
Previously Enjoyed Games
: Midnight Suns, Vampire Survivors, used to do a lot of MMOs, Final Fantasies, Hogwarts Legacy etc.
Preferred Genres
: Love RPGs, but mostly games that have meaningful progression, I really like seeing things progress.
Budget
: Probably fine with whatever here, want to queue up multiple things so I have a good backlog ready.
Other Notes
: TLDR: Meaningful progression, runs great on deck, not too complicated due to chemo brain fog, pause at any moment.
Thanks for any and all help!
