I think the robot just spit out the original. Otherwise it would have 7 leaves and the petals would be a fuzzy blur.

You could post this on an incel forum and they would equally love it

The robot's flower needs to be all janky.

If "AI art is kinda bad" is part of the argument against AI art, it will only be used against us when AI art isn't that bad anymore.

I like that it's the same. If it were shitty, that'd kinda take away from the point- that we care about how a thing is made even if it's the same result

I think you’re overestimating the number of people who care about how the things they enjoy came to be. Clothes made by sweatshop workers, animal product industry, AI Art… it doesn’t matter.

[–] Poxlox@lemmy.world 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Here on Lemmy I like to think there's a good share who do. We all can make presumptuous conjecture about humans but a good chunk would at least prefer not to be shitty- whatever their definition may be...

[–] brrt@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 day ago

Oh for sure, most humans definitely have the potential to be good given the right circumstances. I just think we live in circumstances that will lead to AI replacing human artists and most people will not care. I’m not saying those humans are at fault though.

I counted the petals expecting there to be sans one.

[–] PhilipTheBucket@ponder.cat 7 points 2 days ago

Or like every leaf coming off the stem also has a flower at the end of it.

At least a finger out of place

the cartoonist missed a trick by not having the robot shit its copy from its anus.

There is another artist that depicted something similar to that. Thank you for reminding me of it.

Rogue, the mutant known for stealing powers, having her art stolen. Now that's meta

[–] samus12345@lemm.ee 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Background of AI art not yellow enough.

[–] match@pawb.social 2 points 1 day ago

the whole thing is yellowish already but the slop should be yellowier

I've got an idea for one of your commercials. You see... a carpenter, making a beautiful chair. And then one of your robots comes in and makes a better chair twice as fast. And then you superimpose on the screen, "USR: Shittin' on the Little Guy".

[–] jlow@discuss.tchncs.de 3 points 1 day ago

Robot chairs are only better for a while, though, then corporate greed / enshittification kicks in and "cheap" chairs breaks after two weeks and you buy hundreds of them over your life, whereas the human made chair (that seems really expensive) is actually cheap / better overall. Fuck capitalism.
