I dont have a current one, but my old Xtorm power bank was great quality, and in retrospect definitely worth the price. I don't know if they still have it, but the magnetic storage of the matching cable was a brilliant piece of design.

Bought this French one just two days ago, so I can't tell you if it's good, but it's made in France! https://meaningcrafters.com/produit/powerbank-alex/

Anker are really good. We use them a lot. Great quality and great price point. As some have noted, however, they aren't European. But they're not US either.

Anker is Chinese.

I've only done a quick web search, but Anker don't appear to be European.

They're Chinese.
