In Florida I mainly hear the top 3.
Bottom 2 would probably get an odd look.
That's really interesting I never thought that something as simple as "bro" would be different in different states

I love how the PNW just largely doesn't refer to people as anything.

Half-hearted 'Pal' dominance in New England is also concerning.
