Depending on which deity we're talking, "divine powers" is a no-brainer. Besides that: Immortality, invincibility, siphon powers. Use the time I have (i.e. all of it) to learn unarmed combat and weapon master, and become insanely rich and very intelligent, then invent implants and a powersuit (why would anyone pick those if they're a freebie with immortality), then wait around for others who have picked different powers and siphon off their powers. Since I'm invincible, I can also swallow some plutonium and become radioactive.

So, in conclusion, I would like to be a sci-fi lich.

Ignoring the devine powers weather control is ridiculously op. When i was smaller i was thinking of what extremely op devil fruit you could get in ome piece and i picked weather control. You can literally strike anyone with lightning, controll air pressure, create extrelemly strong winds that are localized(air bending), create a firestorm(firebending), rain an shit(waterbending), depending on weather you count disasters as weather(i would normally not count eartquakes but floods are def weather) you can literally turn whole cities, countries to dust. Also potentially you could just spawn certain animals that are commonly found in hurricanes if we count that. Also flight probably because of the wind powers. Your temperature range is basically -100 to 100 which is also op. You could travel with 500km/h because that was the fastest wind ever recorded. You could also rain 1kg pieces of hail on people. So yeah you would be a god basically even without the devine powers. You can add immortality of course and with that you are literally a god at that point. You can add attractive male/female(which i presume means extremely attractive because youre spending a slot on it) or super speed so you can be fast while doing this shit or anything else tbh as youre already a god.

Shapeshifter, telekinesis and magic. Efficiency and modularity. And i'm lazy.

1 insanely rich so i dont have to work. 2 divine powers so i can be impressive and perform impossible fears, thereby recovering the majority of the skills i didnt pick 3 psychic so i can know what others know, uncover secrets, predict behavior, prevent crime, predict weather, and potentially talk to pets

Teleport - force field - healing

Pretty much nothing you couldn’t do and get away with it. Go anywhere and nobody could stop you. Healing seems redundant with force field, but I assume you’d have to turn off the force field to do some things which would leave you vulnerable.

Vampirism, Divine Powers and Magic. These three pretty much give you every other power on this list. You are essentially God and need only keep the human race alive so you can feed off their blood.

Necromancy necromancy necromancy.

Does sub-mariner come with flight and super strength or is it owning an actual submarine?

Immortal, invulnerable, magic.

Magic would probably enable a lot of the other things on that list, and having unlimited time to practice it, you could become a demigod in, to you, no time at all.

Unarmed combat + necromancy

I think I'd go immortal, phasing/ghost, shapeshifter.

Can't die or age, can't be caught, and can turn into whomever/whatever.
