These processes apply to infringing content shared prior to a game’s release, including leaks or confidential information due to breach of non-disclosure agreements and datamined content. No DMCA notices were sent regarding any posts outside of these circumstances.

The article lacks any content of the posts taken down. If they contained major leaks that could be an issue.

That makes it even more worrisome. There even being something that is considered illegal information is baffling to me. My initial conclusion was squinix was trying to tell fans how to fan

I've been half joking about it for a while, but it's been only a matter of time before copyright was stretched so far that criticism of the work becomes a violation
