A lot of filler? Nah, its the journey how they got to the the device they ultimately built in the end.
And its damn cool (it sad that it doesn't have a usb port though.)
For those of us in the tldw crowd, can you spoil what they used instead of usb
they used the USB-C to route it internally to the q10 keyboard you see in the screencapture. But to still be able to charge they reused the Qi Charging pad, wired it back in so you can still wireless charge the device.
Ah yeah, would have been nice, but I get it. I imagine consumer phones will go more that direction too. All while I'm here contemplating going back to a flip phone anyway lol
Smart phones were a mistake
Not for those in charge. They are working exactly as intended and making us all mindless zombies with brain rot and an inability to determine real from fantasy. Not all of us mind you, just "the masses".
He used the USB port on the samsung phone to connect an old blackberry keyboard, via a custom made PCB.
and populated the surface mounted components in the most hilarious and oversized stencil ever conceived :D
