That ledge is made for tvs to rest on
Made for it in what way? I'm not seeing a slot for it to sit in or anything to hold it in place. Regardless of whether it's the intended place or not, a flat panel TV just resting on its edge with nothing holding it in place is asking for trouble.
Oh you missed the feet mounted to the tv
Oh, that's a little better. I live in California, where small earthquakes aren't uncommon, so not something that looks okay to me, but better than just propped up on the edge.
