Good? No. Better than the USA? Definitely.
I wouldn't say "definitely" on anything other than healthcare.
NHS doesn't exactly get rave reviews.
True, and it's rapidly getting worse. It's still strictly better than our predatory system.
Wasn't a major sales pitch of Brexit claiming that funds previously sent to Brussels would go into NHS? Maybe I've been up too long, but I seem to remember some buses.
