I get the joke in the title, but not the one in the image. Is "cat sank" a homophone with something in French?
The numbers four and five (quatre, cinq) are pronounced like ‘cat’ and ‘sank’ in informal spoken French.
Ah, ok. So I'm not an idiot. I just don't speak french! Whew!
