I fully understand, I was there for bestofreddit. And I've liked most of the posts from this com. I guess I'm just sad that regurgitated celebrity slop is making it as a bestoflemmy.

Yeah I'm the Hippocrate that's judging without contribution. I fell like Lemmy is still a small enough community that almost every thread has a best of worthy comment, but that just how small communities are. Most people care. The bestof style recognition that reddit does is because genuine human comments are such a scarcity in their world filled with bots and AI slop. That's not how Lemmy is.
