It's fucked up that I can spend less on my family at a fast casual or BBQ restaurant, including tip, than I spend at McDonald's or Chick-fil-A.
I truly do not understand how the gastro business side of McDonalds works out anymore. It's not good, it's not cheap and it doesn't even have the cultural impact anymore. Only thing I can come up with is it's a real estate company with incidental food service to try and make some money on the ubiquitous lots while they speculate on them
Yeah I mean basically. They own the lots that might have once befitted the community so as Ronald says “eat our shit you fucking hogs, I bet you will”
