The right to interdict foreign vessels trespassing into Yemeni waters, yes. If i was a ship captain trying to bypass a Yemeni blockade, I'd stay out of the red sea near Yemen. That would keep me the safest.
According to this post they are safe now. Just looking for ways to reduce cost.
