Been looking at the rg35xx sp as a secondary handheld. Any other good handhelds? Looking for a smaller device

I've heard good things, what's the cfw situation with them? How good do they run stuff?

What's cfw? I have the + variant and just play GBA on it. GBA runs perfectly well. I have MinUI as the OS so it boots up and loads games really quick.
