I often code on the go, and I'm looking for a way to extend my screen space beyond that of my laptop when I'm in hotels etc.
I think what would suit me best would be a small projector that can project at a 90⁰ angle, ie. onto the surface that its underside is facing. This way, I could either place it on the table, and have it project onto the table in front of/behind itself, or place it on the floor under a wall and have it project onto the wall above itself.
Is anyone aware of something like this being produced?

So hold on, do you mean a regular projector or a short throw (short distance?) projector?

Either way, if you mean the former, the only two brands I can safely recommend are XGIMI and NEBULA (which is an Anker owned brand), if it's the later, I'm not aware of any short throw, portable projectors that are on the market ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ah, short throw was the term I was looking for. I will have a look at the brands you mentioned

Got it, let me know what you find, you kinda peaked my interest

I mean this in the kindest of ways, but is is “piqued” not “peaked”. Have a great day!
